Why Hello 2012…

Posted by on Jan 1, 2012

First, you probably have noticed a brand new site to welcome in 2012!

This will make it easier to start showcasing our work and our friends/clients now that we have grown!  This is an exciting time for One Ear Productions and what a great way to kick off the NEW year!

A lot of “firsts” happened in 2011:

  • Moved the company a few states over and have made a LOT of good connections through not only our clients/friends but also Oregon Chamber of Commerce, Dane Buy Local, and Oregon Women’s Networking .
  • Made new clients/friends
  • Worked solely for One Ear Productions (first year ever for it to become my PRIMARY job)
  • Bought a more permanent office

For the fifth anniversary of One Ear, a LOT will be happening this year.  Technically my company turns five on June 1st,  but we are gonna rock the anniversary for a year long celebration.  Part of the celebrations will be discounts for existing clients/friends, that will randomly appear without notice.

Another BIG thing happening this year is how we will be giving back to our community.  Ever since I started One Ear, I have stated I will give back at least 10% of my income.  For 2010 and 2011 we went above and beyond that (which is awesome). But this year we want to send our love to local charities that are important to YOU.  If you have a charity (or cause) you support let me know, and we will work something out to help your cause.

Also we are working closely with Little Free Library and A Dog’s Journal this year and offering custom painting on Little Free Libraries that are pet themed.  You may remember that we had on our Facebook page a while back the progress of painting my assistants’ little free library.

Starting TODAY.

  • For each referral that brings in new “friends/projects” to OEP, existing clients will
receive 25% OFF their next project.
  • One Ear Productions will be closed on Sundays so that I can focus on my inner artist that just wants to burst out!
  • The Kick-off of our 5th year in Business! Wa HOOO, and THANK YOU!!

I Think 2012 Will be Another Rockin’ Year!
